RipFilms started this new series building on the success of Freaky the Scary Snowman. Per their website:

Last winter as you may remember Freaky was scaring unsuspecting people passing by. Well sometimes a victim would react in a crude or mean way. We have taken that footage and now added a little twist by mixing in some Mortal Kombat Freaky Fatalities.
